The Trundholm sun chariot (Danish: Solvognen) is a Nordic Bronze Age artifact discovered with no accompanying objects in 1902 in the Trundholm moor, Denmark. It represents the sun chariot, a bronze statue of a horse, and a large bronze disk placed on a device with spoked wheels. Dated to 1400 BC.

Aton was a god in ancient Egypt, who was originally the wheel of the sun in Egyptian mythology, and another aspect of the god Ra. He became the deity of a monotheistic religion founded by King Amenhotep IV, of the 18th dynasty during the New Kingdom period, who reigned in Egypt in the 14th century BC. He changed his name to Akhenaten. The worship of Athene as a single god continued for about 20 years, and ceased after his death of Akhenaten.

The Nebra sky disc is a bronze disc of around 30 cm / 12 in, with a blue-green patina and inlaid with gold symbols. It is dated to c.1800–1600 BC and attributed to the Early Bronze Age Unetice culture (now Germany). It is about 3800 years old (!) and features the oldest concrete depiction of astronomical phenomena from anywhere in the world.
People have marveled at the power of the sun for thousands of years. We're just carrying on the tradition.

His work’s inspiration is derived from ancient Egyptian and Greek mythology such as the Egyptian sun god Atun, the Greek sun god Apollo, the sun mask of the European king Augustus II, and the Ancient Near East eye symbol protecting against the evil eye.

The pin set was designed by the artist, creator and graphic designer Ohad Hadad. The sun gifts are inspired by ancient Egypt and the Egyptian sun god Atun, the ancient Greek sun god Apollo and the sun mask of the European king Augustus II and an ancient symbol against the evil eye.
